Phone Safety Coach helps seniors in Austin stay connected and stay safe in a world full of confusing calls, texts, and online scams. We provide calm, one-on-one coaching that makes smartphones feel less scary and much more secure.

The idea started after seeing how often older adults were being targeted by scam calls, fake support numbers, and messages that looked real but weren’t. Many seniors felt embarrassed, overwhelmed, or afraid of “doing something wrong” with their phone. We built Phone Safety Coach to change that.

During our sessions, we sit down together with the phone and go step by step. We block known scam and spam numbers, review risky texts and emails, turn on important safety settings, and explain everything in plain language no tech jargon. We also offer emergency scam response sessions for those moments when something suspicious has already happened and you need quick, calm help to check your phone and secure your accounts.

Our goal is simple: protect seniors from scams, reduce stress for families, and give everyone more peace of mind. No shame, no judgment — just patient guidance and practical phone safety support right here in Austin.
